Topbilled actor Jake Cuenca is now all set for his new project on the Kapamilya network. Yesterday, the 30-year-old actor surprised his fans with his new look. On his Instagram post, Jake looked like a teenager as he flaunted his new haircut. He shared that he decided to cut his long curly hair after he heard that his new leading lady prefers short hair. He then revealed that he is now part of the main cast of the afternoon series “The Blood Sisters,” starred by Erich Gonzales.
As of now, the actor hasn’t revealed who the “new leading” lady that he was referring to in his caption is. He also did not give a hint as to what his role in series will be.
In his previous tweet from December 8, Jake Cuenca opened up about his willingness to work with Erich. In the screen capture photo shared by the online media outlet, Fashion PULIS, Jake was quoted saying,
” I’d love to work with [erich gonzales] I wouldn’t mind being the bad guy in whatever project that is.”
Jake previously starred in the now-defunct Kapamilya noontime series “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin” alongside top-billed artists Kim Chui, Gerald Anderson, and Coleen Garcia. The hit series ended last January.
If you enjoyed watching his Kapamilya series in the past, then you would agree that Jake Cuenca has been very effective in playing the protagonist role in most of the dramas that he is into.
In a previous report from PUSH, it was mentioned that Jake took up an acting course at the well-known Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.
