Ex-“The Voice Kids” contestant meet one’s end after motorcyle mishap

Former “The Voice Kids” contestant Christian Pasno is now with our Maker after being involved in a motorcycle accident. The 13-year-old lad was driving his motorbike last Sunday night at Barangay Mabalanoy, San Juan, Batangas when lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

On Monday, May 14 the young performer was declared lifeless after suffering from a serious traumatic brain injury. 

In the previous report of ABS-CBN, Senior Insp. Roy Cuevas of the San Juan police was quoted as to saying:

“Nag-overtake siya sa isang motor. Itong motor ni victim ay walang headlight. Merong tambak ng lupa hindi niya napansin. Madilim dun.” 

According to Christian’s family, he came from a neighboring area to visit his father who is working as a singer. Christian’s father said:

“Masakit po sa akin. Hindi ko po matanggap na mawawala siya. Sobrang mahal ako nun.”

Marlito said that before his son left his workplace, Christian sang for his spectators.

The Batangueño singer joined “The Voice Kids” Season Two in 2015.

Christian captivated the judges as he sings “Ika’y Mahal Pa Rin” during the Blind Audition.

He became part of “Team Kawayan” with Bamboo as his coach. He even managed to reach the battle round of the program.
