However, these two turned their perceived weaknesses into motivation. Thus, they perspired and persevered to get into shape.

Cyril, who was chubby as a child, realized that his weight wasn’t going to always be considered cute. While he may have been adorable as a chubby kid, he shared that things changed as he grew older.

Cyril did not deny that he eats a lot. Whenever he goes to the cinema, he eats fries, siomai, popcorn, and pizza. However, that was only during the movie. He added that he dines before, during, and after watching a film.

Cyril’s undisciplined diet had a prfound effect on his weight. At one point, he weighed a staggering 440 lbs.

What triggered Cyril to finally make a complete change was when he inadvertently broke chairs in front of his peers. Soon enough, he sought the help of workout trainer Coach Kennedy Rioveros. After a year of working out, Cyril lost 100 lbs.

Now, Cyril is more confident than ever. Suffice it to say that he’s still working out as there is still some room for improvement. He thanked his family and friends who supported him throughout his fitness journey.
