Kapamilya actress Yassi Pressman bonds with her Kapuso buddies in a reunion

Despite working now in ABS-CBN, former Kapuso and now-Kapamilya actress Yassi Pressman is still in touch with her Kapuso friends as seen in her recent reunion with them.

In an article published in Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), the “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” actress attended a reunion with her Kapuso friends who were previously part of two defunt GMA variety shows Party Pilipinas and Sunday All Stars last Saturday, January 5.

The “Tiki” group, the name of the group mentioned by Rocco and Steven in their Instagram post, met in an undisclosed restaurant in the Metro.

Present in the reunion are Kapuso actors Rocco Nacino, Mark Herras, and former actor Steven Silva, Winwyn Marquez, Kris Lawrence, Mayton Eugenio.

Rocco brought his girlfriend Melissa Gohing while Steven also brought his girlfriend Candy Gamos.

R&B singer and Kapamilya artist Jay-R and former Kapuso singer Francheska Farr was also there with her husband Gino Jose. Francheska left the showbiz spotlight to focus on her family life.

Based on Rocco’s Instagram Photoshopped post, the “Tiki” group also includes Glaiza de Castro, Mark Bautista, Christian Bautista, Aicelle Santos, Gian Magdangal, Sef Cadayona, Maricris Garcia, Rodjun Cruz, Enzo Pineda, and Elmo Magalona.

Besides Jay-R and Yassi, other “Tiki” members such as Gian, Enzo, and Elmo are currently under the management of ABS-CBN. Gian and Yassi are also co-stars in the Coco Martin-led top-rated primetime show that is running for almost four years already.

“First Tiki dinner for 2019! Glad to see everyone again and be able to catch up with one another!! And welcome back Maqui and Gino! We love you! Never a dull moment with the tikis!!! #TikiLove” Rocco wrote in the Instagram caption.

“So much love for this group. We BARELY see each other but when we do, it’s like nothing’s changed at all #Tikis #TikiReunion” Steven wrote on his own Instagram post.

GMA launched Party Pilipinas in 2010 as their Sudnay variety program, replacing the long-running Kapuso Sunday variety program “SOP (Sobrang Okey, Pare). It lasted for three years.

It was then replaced by Sunday All Stars but it also lasted for only three years from 2013 to 2015.

Sunday All Stars was then replaced by Sunday Pinasaya, which is still running on its 4th year on television.
